A weight loss challenge - Winner will receive a choice of a 20 group fitness classes OR 3 month individual fitness membership. There will be three winners. One winner will be based on percentage inches lost, another on percent weight lost, and another based on body fat percentage lost. All participants must be available January 2nd through 4th to schedule an initial weigh in and measurement with Teresa. Weigh outs will be February 26th and 27th.
Challenge includes a weekly bootcamp Saturdays at 8:00am in the Gym.
