The Personnel Committee
The Personnel Committee meets as needed in the Public Works Conference Room of City Hall. The Personnel Committee has
the responsibility to look at issues concerning City Staff or Human Resources policy from a City-wide, operational perspective.
They make recommendations to the Board of Aldermen concerning these issues. They are comprised of 3 Aldermen, 1 resident
from each ward and the Department Heads (Police Chief, City Clerk, Parks Director & Public Works Director) all serve in an
ex-officio capacity to this committee.
