Member 20 Punch Pass:  $125
Non-Member 20 Punch Pass:  $165

Group Fitness Class passes (can be used to attend Water Aerobics and Group Fitness Classes at the Community Center) can be purchased at the Community Center Front Desk. Water Aerobics "punch cards" purchased at the Aquatic Facility can only be used for Water Aerobics classes.

Shallow Water Aerobics

A relaxing and refreshing way to get into shape. Exercises are designed to improve flexibility, tone muscles, and improve the cardiovascular system. Each individual can work at their own pace.

is a 60 minute high-intensity cardio & strength training class that uses a variety of equipment, and a varying format to challenge every muscle group! This class utilizes a combination of shallow and deep water to maximize the benefits of your workout (belts/flotation equipment will be provided). The focus will be building strength and endurance, while giving you a great cardiovascular workout; all fitness levels are welcome! The class concludes with an additional 30 minutes of Water Pilates. This slow/gentle workout will strengthen & tone every muscle group, while improving your flexibility and balance.
