A relaxing and refreshing way to get into shape. Exercises are designed to improve flexibility, tone muscles, and improve the cardiovascular system. Each individual can work at their own pace.

is a 60 minute high-intensity cardio & strength training class that uses a variety of equipment, and a varying format to challenge every muscle group! This class utilizes a combination of shallow and deep water to maximize the benefits of your workout (belts/flotation equipment will be provided). The focus will be building strength and endurance, while giving you a great cardiovascular workout; all fitness levels are welcome! The class concludes with an additional 30 minutes of Water Pilates
. This slow/gentle workout will strengthen & tone every muscle group, while improving your flexibility and balance.
