JOIN US for outdoor Yoga at Watson Trail Park on the tennis court area. This fun class is designed for everyone: we will work with balance, breathing, flexibility, and strength. No experience necessary. Make friends and have fun. The session will leave you feeling happy, connected, and fired up!

INSTRUCTOR Artemisa Heizer, Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer with 500 hours Yoga Teacher training. Please Bring a mat, towel, and water.
