All in One focuses on 3 factors: form, function, + fatigue.
FORM: The focus is on correct form and providing any modifications needed to help you get the most of your workout! Feel confident with doing the movements with the knowledge of why and the purpose for the exercise! This will allow you to have the correct impact on your body.
FUNCTION: Train for a functional life. We Train all planes of motion to balance the body as well as prevent injury! We will train the Sagittal Plane (forward + backward movement) the Frontal Plane (lateral or side to side movement), and the Transverse Plane (rotating the body).
FATIGUE: The body will be challenged, moving it into fatigue. You have to work to fatigue to develop growth in your muscles! By the way, your heart is a muscle too!
