Public comments will be taken at the meeting, however, if you are unable to attend and wish to submit comments to be read aloud into the record on any topics other than the public hearings, please submit them in writing to bgillett@sunset-hills.com no later than 4 pm on Tuesday, April 26, 2022. All submittals must include your name and address. Comments must not contain vulgar language or exceed three minutes in duration.

Variances Associated with Improvement Plans:

1)Vary the distance between Lincoln Drive and Sunset Reserve Drive from the required 300’ to 250’ (Per APP A SEC 2.1G).
2)Vary the Right of Way width from the required 50’ to 40’ for Private Internal Streets (Per APP A SEC 2.2A3A)
3)Vary the street grade from 7% to 10% for Private Internal Streets (Per APP A SEC 2.2C1).
4)Vary the Cul de Sac diameter from the required 106’ Feet to 84’ for Private Internal Streets (Per APP A SEC 2.2C2).
