Have you wanted to get back to giving to yourself, taking time to care for your body and mind? Then this six week program that Life Coach and Fitness Instructor, Christy Schaefer will help you facilitate that into the New Year!
The program will consist of a hour long weekly class. In these classes you will try a new 45 minute workout style each week. Allowing you to try new things and advance your interests and strength. The workouts will be build on a beginner to progression levels, with low impact being the focus. Christy will meet you where you are in a small group setting and maximize your potential.
In the last 15 minutes she will focus on a new topic weekly to enhance your success in being your best self!
